Less than an hour after I got home from Norwalk yesterday, the car was on jack stands and wheels/drums were off. Need to turn drums and replace the rear axle seal. Shocks are on the list, too. Two stainless projects to finish before then, too.
Adam .. you should stock up on Christmas Wrapping right after the holidays and everything is 75% off .. that way when you open your trunk and deliver @ events like you did at BPG its like Christmas all over again !! Of course you'll have to work on filling out the Santa suit uzzled:
Yes I will. I entered in the mild modified class. staying at the Econo Lodge that sort of backs up the the host hotel. Should be there on the 11th.
No kidding...it gets a little unruly trying to fit everything in the car, especially since I am not trailering it...everything including my bags and cooler have to fit in there. The 60's trunk is not as big as the 58.
Be there with the 89 Reatta to try to sell. 23K original miles and like new. Will be in hospitality room Friday morning helping out and be a judge Saturday morning. Think 'dry' weather.
We got here Wed early evening, not a lot of cars parked in the showfield yet but some folks driving them here and there. Roy Faris, registration guru says some folks have cancelled because the threat of rain. Sunny and 93 today, no rain, we went to Fantastic Caverns and it was 60 degrees underground. You ride in a trailer towed by a jeep, very cool lots of history, discovered in 1862. Decent vendor area both in and outside the hotel. We are the hosts in the hospitality room 9-1PM, come by for a cool drink and say hello.
