Anybody near Raleigh that could check out this Z28 for me?
Seller seems a little flakey! Nice guy though.

Wow, 4spd car....must not be many of those left.....hardly ever see any 70-81 F-bodies here in FL any more.....long ago they seemed to be every where.

It belongs to a friend. It is a killer of a car. I did not think he would sell it.

A 4 speed is the only way I would buy one, I even hope it doesn't have air!

Jim, must confess I already had it bought when I initiated this thread.
Hoping to see if you would notice.
Was pleasantly surprised when Bobby mentioned his good friend that was
also a Buick guy and a lawyer, before he even said your name I said to
my self it would be too much of coincidence if it was you! Small world.
That's why I put in the flakey part!
He really is a gentleman and I am excited about the car.
Not a Buick but we all go on the dark side occasionlly!
He did ask that if I sell it, would give him first chance, and I will.:TU:

He is one of the few people that understates the quality of his cars. And boy he has some. Over time I suspect he has owned 200 muscle cars. He will not let you get in one unless you take off your shoes. (Be careful what you ask for. :puzzled:) And he will not drive one to a car show because in theory a rock could jump up a ding the bottom while you are in route.:Do No:

I think I'm starting to understand that. He was concerned when I said I
liked to drive them home after purchase. Mentioned rock chips, so he
inquired about shipping for me, because as you say, he's had quite a lot of experience. I think I will ship it as he suggested. Is more sensible and
not that expensive to Ohio. He was also offered more money after our
verbal agreement and turned it down. A lot of people wouldn't do that.
So I guess you can say that Carolinians are all gentlemen.:)
