I seen that video about a year ago. If my memory is right I believe he is some type of improv actor.

 

That boy is acting, it was all over the news in Germany a few years ago.
A political party thought it was real and they wanted a law to limit internet access for children under the age of 16......:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
