Where do they go? Is it on the wheels? I saw something similar on a early 80's caprice at the yard with a set of caps like that on the wheels. I thought they looked kinda special and thought about taking them. Maybe it's something else?

Hey, want some cheap entertainment? Look up the name and address of a retired GM dealer parts manager. Print out this auction and mail it to him. Charge up your video camera. Wait a couple of days and park across the street from his house. When he comes out and gets the mail start taping. It's a moment you won't forget. BTW, lock your car doors.
