I got home from work today around 2:30 and decided I would take my Hurst Olds for a ride. While the rest of Canada is in a deep freeze and most of the US likewise, it was a balmy 12 degree Celsius (52 F). Had a nice ride great way to spend a mid winters day.
Hey its 65-70 degrees(f) down here in dallas,Tx.,but a little rain going around but also a great time rod a ride. Enjoy the rideing. Bryan Fant
Temps Sunday high...10 above yahoo!!! And why do I live here again??Oh yeah, the lovely summers...
It doesn't have to be balmy Last winter, there was no snow on the ground and I had the Vette outside temporarily. When I went to pull it back in I thought......hmmmm no snow. So I went for a "spirited ride" Man that 283 liked the 12 degree weather! :3gears:
Re: It doesn't have to be balmy Two years ago I had to take the Vette for detailing before the Autorama, nothing better than 100mph with the top down at 6 degrees down 696. I concur, there ought to be a winter Pure Stock race :3gears:
In the past week we have gotten down to the -30's and earlier this week we got back above 0, then in the 20's but now its going back down. Oh yea and snow alot too. Wish I could take my buick out, but its not even reigstered anymore cause I decided to just completely take it off the road. Well my waits half over, I'll be taking her back out in less then 3 months. Joe
