The after pic looks a lot like a Hot Wheel I had as a kid. Actually, aside from the wheels, I kind of like it. Please tell me they didn't pimp the interior.
Tone down the wheels and bring back the original stance and it would be alright but I'd prefer it in the first picture.

those giant rims look good on a very few vehicles, only, not on an a-body for sure. that's my opinion. maybe i am just a little too old or conservative.

I just had a thought. In the inner city (Cleveland) I see a number of classic cars with fancy paint jobs and the big hoopties. But that's it. Otherwise (with the exception of giant subwoofers) they tend to keep the cars stock. No horrible fender flairs, chain-link steering wheels, or ground effects. Wings are rare. I might not like the "look," but its usually easily reversible. Its as if there is respect for the classic lines; the character of the car.
