Today in Craig's List I saw a new ad for a 65 Skylark. http://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/ctd/1766689682.html I went to check it out and realized that this is the same car that has been floating from dealer lot to dealer lot in this area. Yet another car that doesn't look too bad in the pictures, but in person it is a disaster. Solid bondo from the body side molding down. The windshield and back glass frames are so rotten that it looks like it is held in by caulking. It just re-affirms how important it is to get a solid car to start with.
Wow! Sure looks decent in the pictures. Surprised that it hasn't made it's way to ebay. You hear of plenty of rigs like this that look good in pictures and are garbage in person selling on ebay.
