    Hi,

    I have a Competition Cams grind# 96-202-4,

    Valve lift in/ex: 0.454/0.454
    Advertised duration In/Ex: 260/260
    Duration @ .050 In/Ex: 212/212
    Lobe seperation: 110

    Valve timing @ .006"

    Open Close
    In 24 56
    Ex 64 16

I want to install this cam 4 degrees advanced.

Can I use this cam with a 1:10 compression ratio?
Car (Riviera) has 455, with ported stock heads, stock manifold, 800 cfm Q-jet, 2.25" duals, stock convertor and 3.42 gears.

    Thanks for any help,

    Bram

Your IC of 56 is kinda early for a true 10:1 SCR. An ICL of 106 puts your DCR at 8.5, too much for 93 octane. I wouldn't advance it any more than what is ground into it.
