Hi Guys, My 65 riv and I had to miss last years party. My Dad was in a motorcycle accdent on April 26th just one day after his 64th birthday. He lost is Left leg in the accdent and his left arm took 9 hrs in the O-R to put it back together.. I am happy to say that he is doing better and walks with a cane along with a new computer leg that the V/A gave him.. So, yes I will be at the picnic this year.... P.S we both gave up riding after all this!!!! Pete

I will but like I said Doug, I don't want to make the trip by myself. Please just don't forget about making a thread of where some people in N.J. are meeting to make the trip. I want to go badly. By the way how far is it? Lets say from outerbridge? I'm in south amboy.:beers2:
53 miles for you Joe. Here's a link to a map: http://www.mapquest.com/maps/South+Amboy+NJ/Holland+PA/ :beers2:
Thanks Walt. Your ok, I don't care what anyone says!:Brow: Will you be there? Lets see 53 miles is about 11 galloons.lol:3gears:
Joe - The Strong Island crew cruises right across Staten isle. to the outer bridge crossing and then on down. You're more than welcome to cruise with us :beer Well, thats only if you want to run down the highway with about 6 or more Buick hotrods all singin' a beatiful harmony and getting it on o No: :Brow:
I wont be able to make it again this year....our daughters doctors appt is at CHOP on the same day and its probably going to take all day. Oh well...there is always E-town in August....I will make it to that again instead.
Hi Yard! If I bring my 2 Yorkies---they were there in 2006-Can I bbq some chicken thighs if I bring the biord!!
I believe its August 30 for the Buick car show and time trials, and the 31st for the Buick races. I usually go for the car show and time trials. As for bringing the family, our daughter has been quite sick and all....its going to be probably be an all day ordeal at CHOP when we go. I'd rather just go to CHOP and then go home afterwards cause our little one would probably be very stressed afterwards with testing and all. I'm sure I will see a caravan of Buicks when we go to CHOP tho lol.
