Looking for a used good running 4x4pickup. Looking to spend under 10g. Does not to be the prettiest truck in town. Good motor and drive train. Want to use it for a beach/fishing vehicle at end of summer. Let me know

How far are you willing to travel? There's a late 80's / early 90's full size Bronco nearby where I live for sale. Just got a couple glances at it. Full size, 4x4, seems solid. Only viewed it driving by tho. If interested let me know.

A friend of mine has a 1997 chevy 1500 xcab 4x4 he bought it from his father in law (lived in southern virginia)who bought it new. 125,000 miles, red in color, with slim line cover, 350/auto. This is a nice truck with low miles for the year. Currently he has it in Northern Virgina but is planning to bring it to me to sell in North Carolina. Price: $6500
    pm or e-mail if interested

Ford F-150/F-250. There are millions of them and aftermarket/used parts are cheap. Stay away from 1994-2000 Dodge 1/2 tons. I had one for 5 years. Loved the looks but it was nothing but trouble and I'm very particular about maintenance. I had a stack of repair bills over an inch thick when I sold it. Some where covered by waranty but many were not. The weakest link is the auto transmission.
My preference is extended cab/manual transmission/in-line 6 for everyday or bad weather driving.

Got my beach rig just in time for prime fishing season.
95' F250 HD runs and drives great! never used to plow. Picked it up for $2200! just cleaned it and put on new tires!

$2 200?!? Wow, that's a steal (and that's saying a lot, I am the farthest thing from a Ford guy). Looks like a lot of truck for the money.
