Does anyone have these rear package tray corners for a 1970 Skylark already in Burnished Saddle? My left (driver's side) corner is broken. I can buy new from TPP, but wanted to see if someone had one (or a set).
If you're concerned about originality, the textued finish isn't correct (may be for certain years/assembly plants). Originals aren't easy to come by in any color and most ppl who do have them are probably reluctant to sell them but you might get lucky. If you're just concerned w/function I'd but the repros.
I know. I was hoping to get lucky. I see lots of burnished saddle interiors swapped out for black buckets.
FYI, Originally the 70 & 72’s were smooth and so were some 71’s. Only some of the 71’s were textured. Duane
I have a ew. I save them all. The ones with green tape on them are all nice(the black set is the nicest) the other examples have a chip or a crack on them
Thanks Cole. I think what I have is in the same condition as yours with the chips/cracks. I may just buy new.
