I know more Hens teeth but I will not give up hope. As the title states NOS GM 1387321 Alternator Belt or GM #9433752 would work as well. Does anyone repop these to look correctly? Terry
I found a guy on the web a couple of years ago but my desk top bit the dust and I lost his contact info. Prices were pretty reasonable too. Have you done a Goggle search ?
"thepartsman", do you have a list of your repop and/or original belts and maybe hoses? Thank you, Korrie
It would be really nice if these guys would reproduce the belts we need for our cars ... they do a bunch for other marques http://www.gastanks.com/
Matt.....I totally agree......I spoke to them on several occasions, the last time I spoke to them about it I was speaking to the "buck stops here" guy in research and development so here's what he said at the end of conversation about why they stopped making the 70 tank and reproducing belts. And I quote, "There's no money in reproducing Buick belts."
David, I could use the Power steering belt as well as an alternator belt (no A/C car.. Both rad hoses and the by pass hose. Thanks, Korrie
I got these non cogged belts from quanta and they worked for my 70 455 gm3845647 alternator its 49.5 long and b3552a ps belt It's 50.8 long. It is catalogued to fit 1965 v8 gto check your length you need and these at least look like an oe belt(non cogged) hope this gives you an option Gregg
No they have a picture on there site of each number wrong numbers on belts for our cars but at least they look better than cogged belts! Gregg
I've got a few if you could provide part numbers. I don't know applications. These were loose from closed dealership so whatever is inked on them is all I know
Here's an example of an original replacement hose for a '71 455. It would be fairly easy to have a stamp(s) made and duplicate these numbers and markings.
For those following this thread I just wanted to say thank you again for the interest in my books and belts and for the orders. Thank you, David
