I need a new analog clock for my 65 Riv. There may be other year GM gauge cluster clocks that might be the same, I dunno... I've been checking with who other resources I thought might have a replacement for me say they have them but they dont work either. The one I have, the coil is burnt up in it, and I don't think it is repairable. Is there something I should know about with these? Erik
I have several clocks including one from a '65 Riviera. Not likely that it works but appears to be in serviceable condition.
I found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0189961228&category0=&fvi=1&item=280189961228 hmm...A quartz conversion service. If anybody with experience with this coversion I would be interested in their input.
You can buy the kit & install it yourself Erik. It's really pretty easy. Most kits come with a video. The hardest part is removing the 1st. clock "Hand". After that it's a piece of cake, walk through the park, so to say. Tom T.
