I'd suggest joining the ROA now and do your home work on this model to see what options you might want. As you are discovering, Riv GS's aren't as easy to find as the mainstream models like Mustangs, Chevelles and Camaros but they are out there and do turn up.

Be persistent and patient in your search. The ads that show up on the ROA website aren't posted until the Bi-monthly magazine has been mailed to memebrs for at least 1 month to give them first dibs. Not 100% sure I believe there was an original owner car in the Sept/Oct issue in AZ or somewhere out that way. Eventually that ad/car will show up on the website so keep checking.

They made just over 4800 67 GS cars so after subtracting those that succumbed to rust, accidents, and the salvage yard, there are far fewer left. Surprisingly though they aren't too hard to find considering that. You just can't be in a hurry. The 67s are easier to clone so watch out for those. Thats where the homework pays off.

    Good Luck
