Hate to beat a "dead horse"....but even if they sold you the property with all the stuff for measly 100k you would be hard pressed to recoup half of that money on the parts and the rest would be in the property. Not to mention you would be working for free! :laugh: And then you would have the "Love Canal" super fund clean up to deal with. :spank: You guys already said it best: If this was a good business adventure we wouldnt be chatting about it.
