LowFlyLark Time for a mild custom.

This one deserves to be in a museum. I thought about buying and flipping this one but... Here's your chance to own (or just look at) Buick history.

I know a professional appraiser in the area that can do a pre-purchase inspection and appraisal if anyone is interested. It's not a cheep inspection but it's better than making a $10,000 mistake.

This is located about 1 hour north of Salt Lake City, Utah

    Iggycat2004 1971 Buick GS Convertible

Vehicle is offered at well below purchase price. Selling is an end of life decision, due to poor health.

    Very sad

    Wow is right!!!!

If that thing is what it looks like, it's a steal!!

Even I wouldn't have the heart to hot rod that car.
If it were a model A no problem. There are lots of nice model A's running around and it's easier to start with a clean car if you were to build a rod.

No storing it away in a museum if I had it. I would drive the heck out of it!

The thing that I would look very close at is the condition of the wood.
GM used more wood structure than ford in that era and it's a heck of a job to replace the wood in a car like that.

I think they all pretty much built the car from wood and attached the metal to the wooden car structure.

Did you see that it has a dome light??
I never heard of a dome light in that era!
