A seller can ask whatever they want for something. Its not like anyone is going to buy it

The seller says bidding starts at $9.99 with no reserve.
Maybe buy it now price is a marketing ploy to get attention.
    Worked here.

Its not an auction though, so theres no bidding. He set it up as a buy it now or best offer. I suppose you could make a 9.99 offer but I have a feeling it will get rejected. I think he's looking for some dope to offer him 250 or something.

Does Duane give extra points for correctly dated, NOS paint?

If it's NOS, the propellant has probably leaked out and is upstairs jackin' the Ozone layer, by now.

It might have a NOS can opener and paint brush manufactured for just that disaster

I should throw my factory NOS tire air up on Ebay. I have enough to do 2 complete cars including the spares

Is this "rare" and "discontinued" air ? If so, it's got to be worth a lot.

Is it factory correct for the right or left hand tires?
