Help? ok i admit it, i was the guy who bid on this. can anybody lead me to an intervention because it still seems cool to me. only you guys can straighten me out. :eek2:
It would be cool if it had a normal interior, no flames, knobby tires and a 4WD transfer case underneath. Then it would have a chance of being cool. :bglasses:
Wheels are easily replaced. I don't care for the interior, but the paint job isn't that bad. Mind you, I don't like it on that car, but it seems to be well done and not too gaudy.
Ummm Ok??? Yeah here's another one. Someone had a 70 Skylark like that at a local car show here and it was in really good shape. I would have bought it and got my money back by just selling the wheels. It was funny looking to say the least. Unfortunately I did not have the cash at the time. If I would have bought it, I would have had to pay someone to drive it home for me. I would not want to be seen dead in that thing. Hahahaha! We had a good laugh over it. Later; Mike
Can somebody fill me in as to the difference between "donked" and "pimped"?? Guess I'm out of the loop once again, Steve
I believe "Donked" is the fine art of putting the worlds largest wheels on a vehicle they don't belong on, And pimped is "customizing" the rest of the car. Just not a lifted suspension to clear rediculous rims.
Here's another one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Buic...230074349744QQihZ013QQitemZ230074349744QQrdZ1 I just don't get it. o No: Maybe a new forum could be created, and dedicated to these oddities.
How it should be done http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Buic...230072466335QQihZ013QQitemZ230072466335QQrdZ1 This example looks great even though it's only on 18 inch wheels. "It's not the size mate, it's how you use it!" (Austin Powers Fahza) I'd like to see those 24's tucked under a lowered car, just takes a bit more work.
