This am around 8,what I have been unpatiently waiting its arrival, finally showed up.We got about an inch of snow and some freezing rain.It was taken care of by the 3 of us on I-80.To bad its supposed to get up to the mid 50's tomorrow.I can't wait till an all out assault comes our way! Need to get some OT so I can get back on my feet and possibly get some more Buick stuff I am needing. Here is a pic of my snow killer vehicle. Pat
Wow!!! That is amazing Pat!! They actually let you go out with the plow with only an inch a some ice/freezing rain? We just got about 10" in western Nebraska Thanksgiving weekend and the state went out once, I think. I guess it is just cheaper to shut the interstate down and let the solar powered snow removal take care of it! Here are a few pics of the trip home. First one is US 83 north of North Platte. 2d one is on US 83 after you get into the valley. A little better conditions, but it snowed less in the valley. 3d on is I-80 east of NP. All this is still there after it had been snowing for about 6 - 8 hours. Still not cleared!!! I guess the state budget is more important than 41 cars in the ditch and 7 fatalities!
Hey guys, you like snow! I live in Sweden and we have about 5 month of snow every year and I hate it. :af: I should correct this, I hate cold weather. I can take snow if it was temperatures in the 70s outside. This would take care of the snow too, a bonus. The winter also means I cant drive my Buicks. I have to wait another 5 month which drives me nuts. I think I should get me a winter home in Florida like Edison did.
