I wander if 65 wiring from a Skylark would be adaptable to a 63,I have complete wiring harnesses for one of them.Just a thought as I have everything including the fusebox in the car.

The body styles were different so I would gues not. They not like 70-72 which are similar.

Do you think a wiring harness from a 70-72 skylark would fit??
Of course the lenght of the cables wouldnt fit between a -63 and a -64 but that aint such a big deal. Its everything else that is hard.

I kinda looked around their website and they do not list much for the 63 Wiring harnesses.I believe they could make some for you but you are looking at a very hefty price tag I am sure.I would just hope someone can find you some used stuff from a parts car.

Did you ever call M&H? They told me once by phone they would repro most any harness using the factory blueprints.

  14. i would think you have a 215 non air car
do you have a console car?
or just a auto column shift type car?
there are a few complete cars here but would have to know a few things like that
and if you look at Jim's place
some of the harrneses sell forabout what my time will be getting them out for you
you need to weigh that out
    let me know

M&H,what firm is that??I was told by american autowiring that it is almost impossible to get my hands on any factory blueprints for the wiring in my car but if you know how i would be happy to know :)

Yes thats right 215",no airconditon,no power windows or any electrical options.Do you mean a center console between the seats??What is auto column??My car has the gearshifter next to the steering wheel if its that you want to know.Ask how many questions you want if you could help me get a wiring harness.
    What is Jims plce??Any homepage??

  17. Jim's place
    Jim Lore mentioned a place
    that's what i meant
its alot of time to get the wiring out
it is all there under the dash as well as the engine compartment
i will not put a final price to it as it will take me several hours to get it all out
and its all in a 63 as well
i know they will not charge me much for the wiring
but i hate to spend hours on it for only a few dollors
let me know what you think
    thanks
    Greg

Do you have a scrapyard around whos has a couple of skylarks -63:s??Did i get it right?
It would help alot if you could say a price, roughly.I dont know what a fair price would be,how much do you think its worth???

A dash harness is the most complicated and therefore the most expensive running $4-500 US.
