Looking for an installation guide / wiring diagram to install this GM Anti-theft Alarm system. It is NOS but doesn't come with any papers.

I'm aware there are much better systems, but I only want to install era correct items. My goal with this 'system' is not to prevent a theft, but getting more (dealer) options :bglasses: .

Well, coming up with installation instructions might be a tough one. Are you sure you can't make an educated guess? How many wires are there? You know there has to be 12 volts, Ground, trigger wires, and wires to the siren. The yellow looks like trigger. Do you have a Red and Black (Power and Ground)? Any wires on the siren? Colors?

    Larry, thanks for your reply.

The 'system' is offered for sale and not in my possession. Might purchase it when I'm convinced I can get it to work properly. Also, I don't have a clue what would trigger the alarm. Movement, doors, ignition...:Do No::Do No:

Sure you do, you can see the door and hood/trunk switches in the plastic bag.

Yes, I would imagine you can use the existing stock door switches, and the 2 they supply for the trunk and hood. I would guess the roll of yellow wire is for all the switches and they all wire to the same yellow harness wire also visible in the other plastic bag. Just an observant guess.:TU:
