Whenever I turn my wipers on, the washer pump operates as well. I had the pump repaired not too long ago and everything worked fine and like it was supposed to. Any ideas? It's on my '63 Riviera.

Disconnect the wiring to the washer pump. If the pump shuts off, its in the wiring or switch. If it doesnt shut off, its in the pump

Yep, its in the washer pump. I assume you have the depressed park wipers? (Hidden wipers) If so, make sure the washer pump was properly mounted to the wiper motor. The washer needs to get bolted to the wiper motor in the park position. There is a hole in the washer to insert an 1/8" drill bit to align the cam. Its not as simple as just bolting it on. You have to orient it properly.

The 'alignment procedure' is detailed in the shop manual. :TU:
