I will put this in parts wanted, but wanted to put it here too as rest of story. A guy had been trying to sell me a 67 Skylark 2 door hardtop with buckets and console and automatic shifter. Car has air and all the goodies with factory tinted windows. Anyway I look at it setting out side a guys shop and asked about it. The guy gives me a price but says some one else owns it and he will have him call me. When he calls the price is up $1,000 over what I was told and made me not too interested. The car is rough but I have lots of parts left over from my 67 race car and thought I would make a driver out of it. The bottom line is he called me awhile ago today and now wants $600. less than the first price I was given. Catch, some one has broken both driver side windows and windshield. I can get the windshield no problem but was wondering if I could ever find the driver side windows in factory tint. My race car has these same windows so maybe several were sold. Anyone can help, let me know. Thanks, Jim Netherland
I have seen full sets of glass on ebay recently i cant recall the exact add but it took me several years to find tinted 1/4 glass for my 69convert as i installed fac air and wanted all tinted glass ow they make it for most cars so should be a no brainer Ken good luck:TU:
