Windage tray

    I'm planning on installing a deep sump oil pan to improve capacity,should I put the stock windage tray back on the engine even after I get the deep pan? And someone please tell me what size are the bolts? Jay B.Britt,Jr.

    Jay,
    PM sent.
    Yes use the tray. Bolts are 1/4-20. Use SHCS (Socket Head Cap Screws), or small head bolts if you can. Also use small AN style washers and locktite.

    Be sure to check your tray for cracks prior to installation.
