BUICK 455 TA PERFORMANCE SP1 STAGE 1 Will it fit with my stock air cleaner? My stock manifold is cracked. Or should I go for a Edelbrock B-4B Manifold Does any one have eather used or now of a good price new?
From reading this http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=44884 it looks like you wouldn't be able to use the stock air cleaner if you installed the SP1. On that note, the SP1 is probably not a very good idea on a relatively stock engine anyway, as it's designed to operate in the higher rpm ranges. For what you're trying to accomplish, I'd say the Edelbrock gets two thumbs up. Paint it red and nobody would know it wasn't original unless they knew what to look for. Devon
