    Yes, it will.

  3. My car is a '69 Skylark with a 350 and ST300 2 speed. Would the TH400 need to have a short or long tail to work with the stock driveshaft?

Not sure but you might need a shorter driveshaft too.

    Shorter d-shaft.
Good time to get new u-joints and balance the d-shaft.

You may need a new TH400 mount, Anchor 2268 from Autozone....runs about $8

Also need to move the trans x-mbr back...which means you need a longer primary Ebrake cable and shorter intermediate brake cable, correct TH400 ebrake hook...all of this is available from www.inlinetube.com

Need to plug the firewall hole for the TH350 cable...they have new plugs for it or you can use an TH350 and cut off the cable holder and use that for the plug.

You will also need the correct gas pedal set-up for the downshift set-up and a wire from the gas pedal to the TH400...you can run the wire thru the speedo cable grommet in the firewall to the trans.
