Will '74 dual exhaust fit a '76 ?

I've got a '76 Century that currently has the original factory single exhaust. I want to put a dual exhaust system on it. This would be an "off-road" application, so the catalytic converter will be discarded. I'm curious as to whether a '74 pre-fab system will fit under the '76 floorpan and cross-member OK? (on both sides)

The cross member is a problem. If you can find a cross member from a dual exhaust '73 or '74 Regal or Century with a 455 and duals, you will be in good shape. Been there, done that. I'm saving a '73 Regal with a 455 and duals for my '76 Century Coupe 455 project.

I have also been told that a dual exhaust cross member from a '73 or '74 Olds Cutlass or Pontiac Gran Prix wil work.

"Course, you can take you old cross member and make a cutout for the driver's side pipe and make that work.

    Good Luck,

I know this may be a older post - but I may have a extra '73 crossmember for a dual set-up. It is from my 73 Century with a 455 and factory duals...
    I have had 3 A body's. current is a 73, also have had a 74 and a 76. I am confident the frames are very similar and a 73 or 74 crossmember would work in a 75, 76, or 77....
