    Almost looks like 2 different things in the picture...Flywheel surface not recessed as I see it.

    that is for a skylark gs with a nailhead
    dont look correct for a wildcat

    No, it's not for a Skylark GS. Those have a full round bellhousing with a small cover near the oil pan.
    The bell in the ad covers about 270 degrees of the circumference and has a large cover to cover most of the bottom.

    Looks like the bellhousing is full sizde and the flywheel is A body
