Ok. A lot of issues over the last two weeks. I've been able, with the help of reading threads and feedback from this forum,(thanks all), to run down everything but one.
My tail lights won't come on. I added a dedicated ground to them. So I know it's not that.
    Replaced the bulbs.
    All the fuses are fine.
    No broken/unconnected wires.
I'm at a loss. I tried to figure out which wires that connect to the ribbon going to the back are, but three of the wires have no power going through them. Going from L to R these would be wires 1, 5, and 7.
Also the front,(under the dash), dome lights don't work.
Could this be related? And the old AM radio never did work, even after I reconnected it.
I've searched this forum and found a few threads similar to my problem. But nobody did a follow up, so I don't know what they did to get thier fix.

    Guess's anyone?

Try moving the fuse around in the clips. If nothing check that there is power at the tail light fuse on both sides. If blown check to see the correct bulbs were used. One with a single prong at the bottom in a daul prong socket will blow a fuse. I had this problem for a year before I figured it out because the int. light fuse would work for a while before blowing.
The brake hot wire should have power to it under the dash at the brake pedal arm also.

Ok. I'll follow up on that.
The turn signals, brake lights and back up lights work. It's only the tail,(or parking if you prefer), lights that don't work.
I used dual filiment bulbs, so it's not that.
I'll check the fuses and see if they're hot on both sides.
    Man, this is frustrating.

Ok. I feel rather stupid. I checked the fuses again and noticed that the short little ten amp fuse for the clock, that I don't have, was burnt out. Seemed a bit odd so I replaced it. Lo and behold, I have tail lights again.
But, if you hadn't given me the suggestion on testing both sides of the fuse I wouldn't have found it.
Thank you. It was driving me nuts.
