Why would these be bent?

    tubecatgs Finally a 4 speed......

    These frame braces appear to bent on purpose. I was going to straighten them a bit before removing but just wondering why someone would do this? I can't see the exhaust being in the way. Ideas?

    They're bent like that from the factory

    They look stock to me. Where do you think they are bent that isn't normal?

    Ok thanks. Thought the top sides look bent out in the middle like that wasn't normal. Good to hear it is...
