Why is it

I can't post pictures on the board today??
I have tried 3 times to post a picture on Alan's Birthday thread & on Bruce's party thread, but no luck. I attach them like I always do but when I hit submit reply, only my text shows up. o No:

I tried earlier... However someone mentioned that it was an issue and JW was looking into it.
