It might be a long shot but 20yrs ago when I worked at a Chevy dealer in New Orleans all warranty speedo repairs went to a local shop that's been around forever. I don't know if they do C/C or not but they might be able to steer you in the right direction. I know that they have always been an AC/Delco authorized repair facility. I am sure you can buy a rebuilt one at any parts store. I do not think they were plated or painted so they should look restored. Go to NAPA etc and take a look at couple. John
