Who needs more storage?

Who doesn't? :grin: I have some head room so I decided to try these. :idea2: Its 4' X 4' and holds 250#. So far so good. The installation was straight forward - email me for tips if you are interested. It goes up and down pretty easy. I found mine at Amazon for $140. Do a search for "heavy lift" at Amazon.

Good idea Bill , if I would just throw away about 2 tons of junk I would not need overhead storage . In fact we are working on that project now .

I built an 8x8' shelf 2' below my garage ceiling, but it's too hard to get at stuff.

 

think they have a couple of those so i could suspend a few cars from the ceiling lol.

 

Yeah - that's the problem with most high shelves. This is nice it that it goes up and down like an elevator. It will almost reach the floor.
