Edelbrock makes a Performer and a B4B, both are dual plane intakes. TA sells the only high-rise single plane intakes: www.taperformance.com .

Offenhauser also makes intakes, their single plane single four barrel is a bit obsolete, their dual four barrel intake is the only one out there.

Poston made a questionable "S-Divider" intake that has poor reviews, no longer in production.

Yep, I'm Mike Jr. You could save a bit on shipping by buying everything from one place as we'll combine things for shipping :) We can usually fit the intake in with the headers so instead of an additional package its just the few pounds of extra weight.

What are the performance parameters of these two intakes? Would they work well with a cam that is "through" by 6000RPM? 550HP-ish engine...headers+aluminum heads?

They're more noted for low and midrange power, but with some port work and the right combination you should be able to get close to what you're after. Take a look at TSP's different combos and their hp/torque numbers: http://www.trishieldperformance.com/engines.htm
