I got ripped off again but this time in Buffalo. I sent $1250 for parts to his so called Buisness and they haven't sent me my parts. Money was made out to "Speed4se" so i don't have there name.

:Do No: ANYBODY KNOW A MAILMAN IN THAT AREA ?
    address is :

    1051 Clinton Street
    Buffalo , Ny 14026

Any help will be greatly appriciated. That makes $2,860 this year lost to "THIEVES".
No it wasn't Buick related although car related. The individual only lives 5 hrs from me but i've waited to long and if i go there, who knows what will happen. I'd like to take the authorities with me when i go.

Yeah...that's not a great part of the city. That's the Buffalo equivalent of mailing $1250 to hell's kitchen.

If I can help you in any way other than risking myself physically, let me know.

Local Police and State Police have been notified about the situation so i hope this will get some results. Just so happens one of the officers were ripped off by a sale outside of ebay so he might put a little more heart into it.

I'm curious as to what they do in that wharehouse other than the obvious.

I work in Hell's Kitchen It isn't that bad. Dude sorry to hear you got ripped off. If I were 5 hours away and I got ripped I'd be there the first saturday I was and I would be there with the police. Granted it would be a civil action so they can't force anybody to give you something (they would be there to keep the peace) but they can write a report which would be helpful if you wanted to sue them later.

Hey Big Buick , If I were in that situation? I would have notified the post office,I think you have a case of mail fraud . I would look into it the U.S. Govt. doesn't take kindly to these things . If so they will press charges

Geeto 67: The place i sent the money to apparently has 115 Buisnesses working out of one complex.State police found that out for me today and they trying to get them to give them the names of all the buisnesses working out of that facillity.

Olds F-85 : I tried the post office but the inspector told me i don't fall into the right category. I was shocked to here that. Apparently i would need to give the guy more money before it they would do anything. (My claim is to small). They would be bombarded with paper work if they acted on all the claims big or small so i guess i didn't lose enough money for them to do anything.

Once they do catch them, remind the DA that 1]q4v'a,.v-it is definately mail fraud so that makes it a felony.

    Oops, cat on the keyboard!

Apparently the State Police asked the owner for all of the building to give them a list of all tenants.

I'm guessing this part -->but i think the owner of the building sent out a memo to all the buisnesses about this stuation, cause i got an email from the guy today saying he needed my address so he can ship my parts.

He said and i quote "there's a difference between fraud and delay's"
He's been paid since April 27th. that's a big delay in my book.
I hope he follows through this time.

Thanks for the help and i'll keep you posted.
