I'm buying a used Carter off a board member here, and I assume it will need to be Rebuilt. Hell even if it runs, I want it absolutley perfect, so who is regarded as the best carb rebuilder around? Thanks!!
Hi, There is a board member, very nice guy with the user name Buford. He has re-built alot of Carters. Very knowledgable gentleman who helped me out with my Carter questions. They are probably the easiest carb to re-build. Love my Carter that I installed in the Spring! If you search for Buford, you may be able to find him. Good Luck! Mark
Thanks! There is a guy , not sure if this is he, that I have seen people talking about around here that is apparently amazing with rebuilds. I don't want some local hack doing it. I will look up Buford... Anyone else?
