Hi everyone, I learned on this forum that rear axles for B bodies 71-76 are stamped with a part number. RR43500067A indicates an 8.5", 67B = 8 7/8", and 67C = 9 3/8" inch rear. Armed with this information I spent a couple of hours scraping my housing looking for the numbers and couldn't find them. I found an LC on the front of the passenger side axle tube but nothing more. Where are the numbers supposed to be stamped? Thanks, John
