I bought a dash tach from Buick Tim AKA Tim Dewar on 9-15. He received payment on 9-25 and shipped it by USPS on 9-27. On 10-8 He sent a PM saying he received a bag from USPS full of crushed tach parts and that it was insured so he would send my cashiers check back. I still haven't seen it, his PM box is full, and he doesn't allow Emails to be received. I called phone info for his number and left a message but he has not returned my call and doesn't answer his phone. Maybe he's on vacation or called away on business. I hope he's alright. Does anyone know where he is?
He finally answered his phone! He's been out of town on business. He says he sent the check back to me already. What a messed up deal, first the tach gets crushed and now the check is lost in the mail. If I can find the CC receipt I'll contact my bank to see if it's been cashed.
