Anyone know where a good place to get an in tank pump for the 69 riviera. A lot of places seem to be selling inline pumps as replacements, but I would like to get an in tank one.

Im pretty sure an auto parts store can order you a replacement.

I will check tomorrow. I have searched the net, but only have come up with external ones.

They we4re still available a couple of years ago. Check NAPA. If not, my site lists a replacement from a newer car. It sits a tad higher in the tank, so you'll run out of gas before the gauge reads dead empty. But it beats adding an exteral one if you don't need to.

Oh, and you DO know there is an access panel in the trunk, right? The whole thing is a half hour job.
