Where could i find Buick 300 -64 heads+crankshaft for my rover 3.5?

where i could find these parts as used?

I am from finland and there arent so

you could try a company called Real Steel in the Uk they deal with Rover/buick hi-po stuff... prolly be cheaper shipping than from the U.S too .
they have details online... use google to find em

 

There is was a set of 300 Al heads for sale on this Board as of yesterday.

I rember 64 300 heads as aluminum and 65 heads as steele. But I am not a 300 cid expert.


Shipping is an issue. I assume you have investigated the cost to ship an engine to Finland.

 

Go e-bay.com and keep a watch there as they show up all the time. In fact I beleive there a a couple of cranks up for auction now.

Only -64 has aluminium heads
-65 onvards the heads are steele
and the ports are slightly bigger (i thinko No: )

I dont now enything abaut the shippings

I know someone who may be willing to sell you a 65 300 cid engine. I am guessing price is in the range of $400-500 US. I am further guessing that shipping to Finland will be more than the cost of the engine.
