Where can I find the weld nuts in a core support?

Some have broken out, most are rusty and/or stripped out.

They are the ones that are either 1/2" or 1/2" x 3/4 on the back and have a 1/2" square projection that pushes thru the actual support.

I'm trying to clean this up and get it blasted. Figured I should make sure all the bolts will work once I'm done.
Is there a fancy name for these, or is weld nuts correct? I can find some types, but not the exact ones I"m looking for.

    Thanks

Just have to knock them out of a junk core support or fender. I always put a spot weld on these with the MIG welder prior to paint /powder coat. Very frustrating to have them pop loose on final assembly.
