Can anybody tell me if the rally center caps these guys offer are comparable to NOS? I hear stories of certain repro parts being pot metal junk, & just wondered if anybody has tried these or seen them. I'm debating whether or not to keep the original look for my 69 GS400, or go with Cragars. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Can't say I'm familiar with the center caps from them. Do you know if they repop their own, or buy from someone else? I DO know that Mitch Romanowski makes excellent reproductions. I bought a set for my 68 GS 2 years ago, and the quality is fantastic, in my opinion. He can be contacted by email at: mitchromanowski@avenew.com I have a picture price list from him that I could email to anyone interested in seeing his stuff. I paid about $150 for the set of 4. His have a mounting bracket that requires you to remove the wheel to mount them. They attach with locknuts and a stainless steel cross brace. Nobody will be pulling them off when you aren't watching.

I bought mine from Year One. They are Beautiful, they sound like the same caps with the security feature.
