Hey everyone...about to take the car out for spring hopefully soon and will be doing a few things including new wheels and tires...I had a few questions that I posted in the hides but havnt gotten any responses so I thought Id try here. Im just gonna copy/paste the post I had in the hides: The car currently has 15x7 cragars all around, Im thinking of upgrading to 17x8 fronts and 18x9 rears. Had a few questions on the specifics for ordering: 1. Am I going to have any clearance issues going bigger? 2. I believe the bolt pattern is 5x5, is there anyone who could verify this? 3. Opinions on backspacing? I have no idea what the cragars BS is, as they were on when I bought the car 4. For tire size, dont want to go too small and have the low profile look, I only have experience buying truck tires and am not sure on what size Im looking for. Right now Im thinking 245/45/17 front and 265/40/18 back...opinions on those sizes? Im looking at the AR torq thurst M's and the bfg g-force t/a kdw 2's....cant post a pic on here yet but its a 2 door hardtop 66 lesabre.
