Nobody can send messages to me because it is "full"......but it's completely empty........even the tracking is empty.......what is wrong? HELP!:rant:
Joe, I'll assume that you've looked in the In Box and the Sent Items folders? Also, on the left side of that page, where it says: "Show Messages From", you need to click on the drop-down box there, and change it to "the beginning", instead of Last 10 Days. You may have a lot of older messages in all of your folders, that don't show up unless you change that date setting. If this isn't the problem, you may have to PM to Mike Bucy or Jim Weise and have them check into it for you.
By the way, those are all in there because of the option check box at the bottom of the screen when you send a PM, that says "Save A Copy". Uncheck it for messages you send that you don't need your own copy of the message.
