    Just seems misleading.....
As if the car is 11 thousand mile original GSX.......not even a VIN given.

Maybe some rich fool in Saudi Arabia will bid on it......thinking it's real.

pretty sure the headlights aren't suppose to be painted to match the car in 71,

seriously though if this car actually is a gsx and has 11K on it, its not going to get anywhere near the reserve on ebay by quoting a buick sales ad or without producing some #'s or build docs:TU:

I love the way everyone here is so skeptical of cars on eBay, it worked out great for me...in the meantime I bought not one, but two all numbers-matching Stage 1 4-speed cars (one a convertible) that everyone swore either weren't real, or pieces of crap, neither of which was the case.:Brow:

You did your homework though, most don't or won't give the effort.

Are you speaking of the headlights themselves or the headlight doors? In 1971 the headlight doors were body color. I think myself the reason the headlights look painted in the ebay add is because of poor photography and not because someone painted them white. JMHO...

Oh, white was an available color in 1971 for all of those wondering...but I will give you they changed the paint code from 10 in 1970 to 11 in 1971.

:Smarty: :Smarty: :TU: :TU: Got my SunCoupe on E-Bay. I did not trust E-bay then and backed out of my 1st. deal because I was a newbie. Would have been my first 73. You bought that car and now I own my others because of it. Mike your old car drives sooo nice now! No paint job yet but, everything else.

no doubt there are some excellent cars on ebay, without it i probably would have never found my rare, sweet and low mileage wildcat. However it goes without saying... touching, feeling, seeing and test driving is believing... and this doesn't just apply to finding a good women:Brow:
    cheers Gord

    Scottsdale 2009 - Lot 711.

Sold for $23,100. The car was discussed on the board at the time as I recall. It was a car that had been drag raced and had the GSX Stage 1 pacakge. was not #'s matching.
