Hey guys, how do I remove the wiper arms on a 67 GS without damaging the cowl screen? Looks like there are some small tabs where the wiper arm fits over the knurled stud, does that need to be pushed in first? Thanks!

You should hold that clip up and out of the way and gently pry upward with a beefy screwdriver on the sides until you can jiggle it off. Driver's side on my 69 is key'd on the knurled stud, making it a bitch if the wiper doesn't park in the hidden position when the wipers are turned off. Passenger side is not a problem because it's not key'd.

Thanks Ken, I'll try it! It looks pretty hard to get at that clip but I thought it had something to do with holding it on.
