I'm still working on the 340 but I've laid off that to work on the shop equipment, which is producing good results. I have to drill these angled holes in a pair of triangular blocks for my intake and I only get one shot at doing it right so I'm dragging my feet a little. That plus waiting on a roughing burr to arrive so I can port them. That's about it from here. Got a couple of photos though.
A little porting, balancing,....hmmmm the .040 pistons have notches cut in them!....I wonder why? Can you open up stock manifolds to 2.5"? I need to visit my band saw and welder.:Brow:
Thats a bad ass looking engine im bored as hell in class.Im thinking of trying out another cam this Lunati one works pretty well but im bored lol.Thinking of tryin out the ta 310 or crower one.Im even thinking about taking my heads off and sending em off to someone to port them some more,when I rebuilt the engine I just gasket matched em and took .20 off. Ha im pretty much just bored and rambling on...Take care guys Russ:beer
