Interesting - they are stamped on the inside of the wheel: M over 4 and then 7 6 7 WK The other is the same except 6 8 7. They both have (written in felt tip on the inside) 6/6/77 & 6/8/77 but there are NO other stamps on the wheel. are these correct for my 77 electra?
and to further explain - I'm as confused as Ted! There are NO markings inside the wheel - I've seen more than a few and these wheels are visually the same as 895 wheels - but have no inside stampings that I can find. BUT, they have some interesting hand writing - indicating (presumably) the date that they were manufactured in black magic marker: They have the normal edge of rim markings though.... Here are some pics of the face of the wheels: HELP please!
Standard 15x6 full size wheel. See sticky post of wheel chart. Motor wheel wrote these dates on many of the wheels they made.
They were available in 77. 5 X 127mm bolt pattern, which is the 5 X 5", http://www.boltpatternguide.net/Buick/Buick_Electra_Bolt_Patterns.html
