What was the rear defogger grille made of?

    For my '70 Stage 1(built 5-70) what was the grille made out of? Was it plastic or metal?

    It was metal for 70 models. 71 and newer were all plastic and rectangular shape. The 70 was rounded at one end and also had 3 mounting tabs vs 4 on the later models.

    BTW, you never came back for any beer at Carlisle, I thought you'd be thirsty after carrying that jack around :beer

    I have a complete 70 setup if anyone is interested?
    including switch and wiring. 50.00 plus shipping
    but not the wire that goes from the front to the back
