what tranny do i have

    I have a 69 skylark with a 350 auto trans. This is my first muscle car build and so I'm pretty new to it all. I just need to know what tranny I have or how I find out.

    Turbo Hydramatic 350 (a/k/a TH 350) was original for that car in 69 as I recall.

    Like Jim said, should be a THM350. It will be a 3 speed transmission with a pan that is square with one corner cut off like the #3 picture here:
